Got a Trojan alert "FakeAlert-FakeSpylenv.a". Now what do I do?
McAfee says I have a FakeAlert-FakeSpylenv.a Trojan virus, and cleaning failed. I clicked on the delete file button, but now I wonder if I did the right thing. It says it will delete on reboot. Did I do the right thing, or have I possibly doomed files I should not have deleted? Can and should I undo this delete command? It says the Name is C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Application Data\otiuethjs\heltbhftssd.exe Thanks for your help in advance.

Thx, great info. What about the step I already took. It says it will delete on reboot. Will that damage anything, or can I stop that before I take your advice?

If I was you, I'd restart the computer and run a full system scan with McAfee. If any infections are found, quarantine/delete them and restart your computer.
Edit:Great advice. No other files should be harmed.
