I am worried that she will get too big to deliver naturally, they are estimating if I go to full term for her to be about 9.5-10lbs? Does that sound like an accurate rate of growth over the next 9 weeks.
Thank you

I delivered a 9 lb 14.5 oz, 24"long, boy, vaginally. First pregnancy... and all worked out fine. Yeah... I was shocked as all get out! Your body is designed to carry any size baby to term, relax and patiently await the arrival. I'm so happy for you.
Ultrasounds are normally off by 1-3 lbs (and normally will measure on the large side) You have to remember it is a educated guess not a set in stone number. With my first two children I was told my first was going to be 8-9 lbs and she was born on my due date at 6lbs 5oz and 18 3/4 long, My second I was told again 9lbs delivered him at 38 weeks and he was 6lbs 13oz and 19in long. My third I had no care to know so they didn't do a "guess" and he was 7lbs 8oz 18 in (also born on due date). This baby will be the same, I don't need to get freaked out by something that most likely will be wrong anyway what his size will be is what it will be, I don't have a history of large babies so I am not concerned at all.
Calm down, unless you have GD or large babies run on your side of the family there is a slim chance you will have such a large baby.
You usually have to subtract about 1/2 a pound from the estimate they give you. both my techs told me that and said the machines are usually off by 1/2 pound. it is possible for the baby to be over 9 lbs but that doesn't mean you wont be able to deliver naturally. my best friend gave birth to a 9lb baby without a problem. also the weight doesn't determine if you will or will not be able to deliver naturally, the size of the shoulders do.
A baby can gain anywere between half a pound to a pound a week. So you may be looking at a 9 lb baby. But you never know, when I was pregnant with my son everyone swore I was gonna have a 10lb baby, he was only 7 lbs .8 oz. Big difference. I would not stress to much on the size just yet :)
I wouldn't trust a weight estimate from an ultrasound. They are not accurate.
A woman's body rarely grows a baby too big for her to deliver. Unless you are obese or have gestational diabetes you really don't have much to worry about.
