I need information on the Loews Hotel in Midtown?

I am going to the Lowes Hotel in Midtown tonight and was hoping to find out some answers to a couple of questions I couldn't find on the internet...I think its because the hotel is brand new.

1) I see parking is $30 a night...is there anyway around that? Or parking close by that is cheap?
2) Is the water pressure still an issue as you go higher in the building?
3) Is it hard to request a room with a view of the city?
4) Any other tips for staying there?

Street parking in that area of Midtown is next to impossible. Unless you want to walk several blocks, pay the hotel rate and let the valet take your car.

Water pressure I can't help you with that.

It's not hard to request a room with a view, it's just hard to get them since they are the most desirable rooms in the hotel and they are also the most expensive. everyone wants a view. Nobody wants to look at a dumpster or a brick wall out their window.
