What are the major differences between breakfasts at Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge and Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom park?

I'm looking for the actual differences between Tusker House and Boma. Tusker House would be more convenient, but does Boma have different food or a better selection or is the atmosphere alone *that* much better than Tusker House?

Tusker House is character buffet (Donald) and mostly what I consider American fare with a few casseroles thrown in.
Now Boma - No matter where we stay - we book breakfast at Boma each trip. The atmosphere is themed with an African flavor, you can take time to the the AKLodge if you have never done so and look at the savannah views after-wards. The food offerings are wonderful with the best "juice" any where in Disney. West African Frunch (a combination of lemonade, pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice, and papaya juice. There is American fare, African fare, fresh fruit, cereals, danish and made to order omelets. Each station is a variety - so go very hungry. One of our favorite things to do at Disney. Greatly prefer the breakfast at Boma over their dinner and for my family - the best breakfast anywhere on property. You can find the menu options for both Tusker House and Boma on allears.net
ETA: We are huge fans of both breakfast and dinner at Boma. It is actually about the same price as Tusker House and Crystal Palace. Menus at Allears shows dinner at Tusker House is $28.99, dinner at Boma is $30.88 and dinner at Crystal Palace is $32.99 Crystal Palace is also on our must do list.
I have been to the Boma for dinner, and didn't like it at all. Way over priced, even for disney. I didn't think the food was that great. or the atmosphere of the place. but I am not a fan of buffets. best breakfast (and it is a buffet) is Crystal Palace in MK
