How do I get rid of this annoying pop up? It also has c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c

A computer restart would usually solve this problem.

You should try to find the process that is requesting disk access and kill it. Might by a program you launched off that disk, might by a program like text editor that has opened files on the disk.
