How do I stop the Windows - No Disk window from popping up?
Soo it started popping up a few months ago because I got a virus. My dad took my laptop to this guy that works for him who is a computer expert and he got rid of the virus and everything, but now this window keeps popping up and the title of it is Windows - no disk
and it says exception processing message and then a bunch of numbers and letters...
I know it isnt a virus because I've scanned my computer several times, and I know that it isnt my hard drive because I checked it and there is still plenty of memory left...
I think it's just...uhh...confused if that makes sense...how do i fix it...like without having to call someone because if i felt like doing that, i would have...
Thanks!

it could still be a virus; be sure to update your anti-virus program. but try to use Malware Bytes (and update it) the greatest anti-virus program I've ever seen.
if there're no viruses then it's a software problem.
find Device Manager and see if they're any wierd yellow triangle symbols beside anything if there is then it's a software problem with a piece of hardware.

- Put a disk in it LOL. Sorry it was the first thing that came to mind!:)
..If it isn't a virus then maybe the play button is jammed?
Since you think it IS a virus and no one knows your computer better than you (unless they're a professional of course) then I'd find someone that is really good with computers and has a really good reputation with helping people.
Hope I helped:)
Best of luck to you!

Start. Type in msconfig. Go to the Startup tab. Uncheck everything except your antivirus program. Let it restart.
