Cut out a lot of the bureaucracy, meaning we don't need so many layers of administrators, letterheads, logos, police departments (i.e. sheriff, local and state in the same place), and so many other similar things.
Stop income taxes. Tax goods and services instead.
Get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank and its board.

Cut entitlement programs such as Welfare that reward people for not trying to better themselves. Also hire auditors to review Social Security and Medicare claims for fraud.
