You can try fakku.net or doujintoshokan.com. @ fakku go to the manga section and click sort by series. Both are good but fakku is better

You can find lots of doujinshi to download by searching on Livejournal.
You can also find some on Youtube. Just type the pairing you're looking for, + "dounjinshi" or "doujin", and some stuff will probably come up.
Drawbacks - You have to read it like a slideshow instead of being able to turn the pages at your own pace. Or, you can pause the video and read it at your own pace, but that can be annoying sometimes. Also, some of the "good stuff" gets taken down by the Youtube police. :/

Depending on the pair you can look on youtube or you can just download it. Once again you can only do these things with it. Other than that is literally buying it off line. Just type in the doujinshi's name and who you want.

you have to make an account, but once you have an account you can download virus free Naruto english manga (or japanese raw). Unfortunatly you can't download a whole volume at a time you have to go chapter by chapter (unless you want to pay).
