I'm writing a story for NaNoWriMo, but I have a weird question I need to have answered first.
Are there any coin-op laundromats in Iraq? If so, are they commonly found throughout the country or are they only in the larger cities, such as Baghdad?

You mean a Washeteria or Laundrette?...I don't really know.... are you thinking of going there?

Very very very few, try at Embassy. Most laundry is done by hand. People of wealth get the washers and dryers but its expensive.
While your concerned about laundromats, you should be more concerned about safe drinking water because the local water is not safe to drink that is why many only buy bottled water and it gets expensive after a while.
