...are you likely to be pretty intelligent?

Yes, and so is Obama. I'm proud of the first Black president of the United States.

Not necessarily. You might be book smart. I consider proof of intelligence to not only know many things, but to be able to synthesize that information into something concrete outside of what you know. Mindless repetition and recollection of facts is not impressive.

I've met people who have 4.0 GPAs at prestigious schools, or who get 1600's on SATs and not all of them impress me. I feel like I'm talking to a robot that's read every textbook.

To me, the really intelligent people drop out of college and go on to become billionaires. Such as Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg. Those people realized that college can only teach so much.

Harvard, Yale, Vanderbilt...in fact all the Ivy League schools require intelligence.

Yes. Seems like a no-brainer to me. People like that become President sometimes.

BTW, I see YA's automatic censorship filter deleted c*u*m despite the fact that this is a proper usage, lol

Meh, summa is when people really take notice. Magna is good but its basically like a silver star while summa is like the gold medal.
