Does anyone know of a painting by Dosso Dossi called 'The Magicians'?
I'm trying to find out about the subject matter of the painting, not the painter. Anyone?

If you use Google Scholar search for "dossi magician" a bunch of academic articles come up under the "JSTOR" service. and the articles are searchable for his name or the painting title. A college or public library account might let you read them online - I can access JSTOR through my city library's online service.
