so how do you repair drunk emailing in very new relationship?

we dated in high school, just got back in touch, seems to have romantic interest, so, i take cold meds and a one too many drinks and then email him a pretty heavy email, so so stupid, i did follow up with the explanation but think i may have made it worse, he lives very far away so we wont see each other face to face, but i have not talked to him on the phone yet, yup, like that......do i just blow it off like nothing more or apologize to relieve my heart and head!!!!!!!!!

Yes, i am sick, wasnt just taking cough medicine and a couple drinks to intentionally do something so unintentionally! LOL AND he sent me a message so I AM STILL GOOD!!! Thank you HELEN

Laugh it off. Wait a day or two and call him. Don't mention it first, but just bring it up in the conversation. Believe me, it will be okay. I drunk-dialed my husband before we ever had any serious relationship and a year later, we're married. It's really not as big of a deal as it may seem to you now. Just be funny about it and it will pass. :)

What did you SAY!? LOL He might be wondering but he'll guess you might be off your head with drugs and alcohol mixing if you said you had a cold. If not laugh it off and tell him he'll have to wait a bit but he is on a promise!
