How can I get over my shyness when it comes to talking about sex and sexual things?

I'm a 20 year old male and sometimes my friends talk about sex, masturbation, or hot females and it makes me nervous talking about it because I feel like a bad person talking about it, for some reason or I fear I might be nagged about it. Is it socially acceptable to talk about this stuff among male friends? I'm suffer from low social skills. Thanks.

A real man doesn't discuss his relations with a woman to his friends. I was married for 20 years to a sweet, hot chic. I work in construction. I never once discussed our sex with anyone. She died last Spring, and our sex life died with her. I never have talked about it, and I never will. RESPECT
