Algebra (system of equations) (another question i'm not sure about) thank you?

Solve the system of equations using a method of your choice; (elimination or substitution).
{-4x – 3y = -7}
{6x + 7y = -17}

Answer questions 2 and 3 given the following;
F(x) = 2x – 5, g(x) = x² + 1 and k(x) = -x/3 + 4

1.)Find h(f(7))

2.)Find (g + h)(-3)

you certainly can do the 1st one by multiplying the top by 7 and bottom by 3

and adding those together..solve for x , then y....{ 10 , -11 }

#1 & 2 cannot be worked as there is no definition for h(%) or f(%)
