I don't normally listen to NPR, but while riding in a liberal friend's car the other day I heard him presented on a program talking about the failures of the Federal Reserve. The hosts sounded young, trendy, hipsters basically, stereotypically liberal and their opening jingle alluded to things like anti-war, cia hiding aliens, idk stuff like that.
The point is they were talking about Ending the Fed. Was I hearing things?

Sounds like you are passing judgment pretty quickly. The hosts aren't young.
To be honest...NPR isn't that bad. They do report more often on "liberal" issues like the war and global warming, but they do a better job than most at getting both sides. They take big issues like The Fed and run week long reports on different points of view. Not exactly brainwashing.
I don't listen to it very often though because they tend to do a lot of "cultural arts" pieces on poems and authors that are pretty useless in my opinion.
representative Dr. Ron Paul has been fresh for extra that 25 years and he speaks Constitutional certainty. of course some right here don't have self belief this and that i propose that that is because of the fact they do no longer understand the subject concerns. via way of demonstrating this i will communicate with a remark via pantagruel which shows he (as with others) no longer basically would not pay attention to what Dr. Paul is announcing yet would not understand the Constitutional place. offering citizenship to those born of human beings no longer having u . s . citizenship comes from the 14th substitute. It became directed at people who have been decrease than federal jurisdiction which contain former slaves and American Indians decrease than reservation status. This supplied a course for such persons to get carry of finished citizen status with all rights. It became no longer for people who broke out regulations to get into this u . s . illegally. Their babies have no such top and should not be eligible for centers. This has no longer something to do with what their mum and dad are doing different than that they've enter the rustic illegally. Legalizing drugs is an fullyyt distinctive challenge. First, he would not recommend using drugs or maybe isn't supportive of the heavy use of pharmaceuticals our medical doctors hand out. neither is he against the guy States passing regulations outlawing drugs, yet fairly is in simple terms against the federal government passing such regulations. he's taking that place because of the fact the federal government has no delegated Constitutional skill to make the form of regulations. It helps if human beings make an effort to relatively understand the subject concerns and what all and sundry is relatively announcing approximately them. people who do in contrast to his concepts do no longer look to understand that those are not his concepts yet fairly the concepts, concepts, and perspectives of the Founders and that they located them interior of th eConstitution. All Dr. Paul is doing is merchandising the belief to enforce the form because it relatively is written.
No you were not hearing things; the left wing wants to take down the fed as much as the right; I read articles about it all the time from left wing sources (Time, CNN, etc. do not count as liberal sources in my book, but NPR definitely is center-left)
