How do you add gridlines to an excel spreadsheet?
It looks as though they are there, until I go to the print preview page and i just get the rows, but no grid.
Please help. Thanks.

Highlight the whole sheet (upper left box). Right-click the sheet. Format cells. The Border tab. Choose the 2nd and 3rd boxes - border lines and lines between cells.

Go to Print Preview>Page setup>Sheet tab Print gridlines select. This will print a light gridline , there is no need to put borders around all the cells.

Very humorous... Gridlines and cellular borders are extremely diverse. you could no longer print any gridline of any application on the paper. Gridlines are used as a measurment and theory of layouts in uncomplicated terms. To have gridlines like print on the paper, you're able to p.c. cellular Border. for this, go with cells you prefer to place border, Press Ctrl+a million takes u to "format Cells" Goto Border tab go with form, Preset and Borders then click on ok. thats it. Njoy with Excel
