How to lose weight at a reasonably quick pace?
Due to me losing complete interest in sports and switching to sitting in my basement playing guitar all day, I have put on 30 pounds in the past year. My eating habits ain't been great either and I woke up one morning realizing I'm growing **** like Jabba the Hut. So I'm drinking lots of water now(2 cups per hour) and watching what I eat, even trying to get some exercise. So I guess what I'm asking is how much weight can I hope to lose say, per month if I continue to do what I'm doing. Some tips would be most welcome as well.
