Hi Im 15 and i need help with my blood preasure not sure how to read it what im seeing.?

I just took my blood pressure it came up 123/56. Can anyone tell me what that exactly means

That is a great number. Well within the normal range. nothing to worry about!

Well yours is fine, so firstly you've nothing to worry about.

The first number is Systolic : the peak force when the heart contracts and pumps a small amount of blood into circulation.
The second is Diastolic : is the pressure exerted when the heart is rested momentarily between beats.
Optimal : Less than 120/80
Normal : 130/85
High Normal : 130/85 to 139/89
and so on up into hypertension.

It's about normal. They base it on a 120/80 BP which they consider approx. normal.
