I just coughed up a white worm?

It was about 3 inches in length and the thickness of spaghetti. PLEASE HELP. I'm freaking out.

You should really go to the doctor cuz it could be a hook worm and you don't want that to get to your heart. Don't wait around to see if you find more becuase you might have worms. Don't leave them in you too long worms can kill too.
