I know google watches your every move and has acquired Youtube, but now I can't log into my Youtube account without a Google account! It rudely says,
"You will no longer be able to sign in to YouTube without a Google Account.
If you do not want to link this YouTube account, you can sign out here."
I want to have access to my account, but I don't wanna give google more power.
What do you think? Anyone else having the same problem(s)?

Hello,
I suggest you to try this again. It must be some server time out (whatever). Try again with these steps I have listed below.
1). Click Sign In.
2). Sign in with your normal Youtube account.
3). The massage will reappear. Try to find a link called "Skip" or "Don't Link" or something that is affiliated with those two words.
If the above steps does not work, you should make an Gmail account and link it with your Youtube. Yes, I know. Gmail Shucks. I didn't have such error but I got a massage called Link with your Gmail and I clicked "Do not link" button. I was so fortune that day.

Youtube just updated their site. Now you MUST get a google account if you wanna continue logging on to your account on youtube.
