Don't it frost your Butt when you attempt to answer someones question and you've written 2 or 3 paragraphs then you go to submit it and you get, this message, QUESTION HAS BEEN DELETED .
You'd think it would come up when you first attempt to answer the question, what a friggin waste

That's a glitch.
Nearly always when that happens, your answer DID post.
If you get the 'deleted' message, click 'Back' until you reach the question. The question will still be there and your answer will be showing.

I agree it is a glitch but your answer MAY not have posted as it happened to me. When I encounter such a message I use the back button of my browser and select the submit button once again.

It's usually a glitch. Check your history. It's probably still there. I also find that it's hard to post a long answer sometimes, so post a shorter answer and edit it.

Totally. Some sort of glitch. Yes, but I found out that if you click back and do it again it comes up . I now copy my answer before i click.
