Does anyone else think that Yahoo Answers is a waste?
I would bet that 90% of the questions asked on this site could be easily answered themselves by doing a simple search on the internet with Yahoo or Google. Yet, the same questions appear over and over again. How far is it? and What should I eat? are two of the annoying questions on here. Are people too lazy to actually look up something themselves? Or is this simply a playground for kids?

Often it is a complete waste of time. I constantly see questions that could easily be googled. But why do people want to do their own research when they can ask on here and get 10 people to do it for them? So I ask you this. Who is more stupid, the ones who ask easy questions or the ones who answer them??????
No i imagine its an excellent remedy for boredom. I come the following when I have no longer some thing else to do and that i wanna relax and get faraway from the day.....or at the same time as Im ingesting and in a talkative mood. yet I hate it when we are served with violation notices for NO reason! and then human beings ask ill twisted questions and are not in any respect said or the questions are literally not bumped off.
I see what you mean, Yes there are some really dumb people on here that cant be ask to research them selves, and there are some people that cant do their homework and coursework them selves, but there are some questions and answers on here that have helped me a lot and im sure there are some questions that help others, also there questions are very specific so that means answers will be aiming at them helping them..for example a pets illness, a vet tech will help them out =)
I like legitimate questions, I agree that some questions are pretty stupid and annoying. I also think that some people answering the questions are as annoying as the people who ask them...LOL There are some people who do not need to be answering legitimate questions, or they just need to stick to answering questions they "KNOW" the answer to, not guessing at it.
