angela your right. Even though the law require an employee to be notified, there are stacks and stacks of paper work yousign when you go to work with a new employer. Who can read it all ...

It certainly seems like a "vulture" policy to me; I don't think anyone outside of family should EVER be allowed to take out an insurance policy on someone.
