Alright this is a hard story to explain, but I'll try.

Last June my mom and this guy got married ; and they hadn't even been together for a full year.
He had another kid, a son named Austin who is 14.
My mom has me ; a 15 year old girl.

I hate Austin, and so does my mom. We actually don't like him one ounce.
Before you call us cruel and mean, its because of him and his attitude.
The whole time we knew him he's a d**** bag he's extremely rude, he's a druggie. Literally, He smokes pot, does extacy, shrooms, LSD, drinks. He also steals from us occasionally for pot money, as he only comes here twice a week to see his dad.
But his dad fails to believe it, and his real mom doesn't care because her new husband does it also.

I know you're thinking "Aw, he's just rebeling because he wants you guys to take him into to be your family" No. 100 times no. He isn't like that at all, if you lived here you would know.

I've told my moms more than 100 times to just not let Austin here because I'm extremely against drugs; and thats all he does. She has full control over kicking him out, since she owns the house we live in but no, she won't because its Ians kid. (Austins dad).

Recently when me and my mom went out shopping we came home to a extremely gross smell ; weed in the bathroom. I was really mad and screamed at my mom this is why I hate having him here but she just went "If you do this again austin, you're out" but thats like the 100th time she has said that to him as we have caught drugs in his room before.

Where I live (Canada BC) Drugs are indeed illegal, but cops don't even pay attention anymore so law won't do anything.

What can I tell my mom to get rid of Austin once and for all? It makes me even suicidal even thinking of Austin.
I've brung it up LOADS and she just doesn't care, I hate drugs so much.
Theres no point of moving out because she would just see it as a vacation and would love every minute of it, she's moved me into my nana's plenty'o times because before she got married some of the guys she dated didn't want kids around.

I think the best thing to do, is not give a ****..  Your mom will do what is needed. Take action for things in your control, if you have a piggy bank or something (lock it up in safe). If he does drugs tell him to do it away from house.
