In light of a very very sad case of a dog obviously suffering from bloat on here in the last couple of hours please will you keep this handy and print it out.

If that helps ONE person to recognise the initial stages then I would be happy.

Thanks for the nifty chart! I've been looking for something like this to print out and tape to the side of my fridge for when I'm not home and hubby is with the dogs! Thanks!
My favorite dog ever at my old job died of bloat. He was a Spinone Italiano named Gelati. Beautiful dog. I teared up when I heard he died! No one told me until he was gone a few months!
Ahhh, I know which question your referring to(I answered it)so sad that person couldn't help there dog and get it to a vet,I was hoping the asker of that question had an e-mail option so I could drop them one and see how the dog is doing today(which I believe we all know what happened)I saved the link you posted to my favorites and I will start giving it out. Thanks for the link and have a good Sat.
That's so sad. This is why people need to be *prepared.*
Finding an e-vet BEFORE the dog got sick would have saved its life. (This is me assuming by his idiotic answer that never took the dog to the vet because they were all "closed"...)
