Favor (US) is just Favor. But Favour (UK) has you. Could be a good thing. A really good thing.

Favor WAS the way us in the UK used to spell it. It was Frenchified into Favour

In actual English, it is favour. Americans write favor, and is commonly used. There are many other words like colour, favourite, etc have been shortened to color, favorite, etc. In writing, follow the same spelling throughout.

The UK and countries where the use of English stems from the UK use "favour" (e.g. Canada, Australia, India). As far as I know, the US (and its territories, protectorates etc.) is the only country that spells it "favor".
