Do I need a permit to get married on a san diego beach?

maybe La Jolla or Coronado beach. It's just me my hubby my 2 boys our pastor and maybe a photographer. Do any of you know if I need to get a permit or can I just go and get married. I don't have money to pay some party planners but I really want to get married on the beach

yes you do, otherwise they can kick you off if someone else plans to have a party or event there
