Should I see a doctor about this happening while I run?
So I have some heart issues (murmur, and frequent Pvc's) that are benign and I thought id say those because i dont know if they relate. Anyways, I run cross country and track, and recently Ive been getting horrible shoulder cramps. I guess it's not really the shoulder but the muscle between my shoulder and collar bone. t just feels like a sharp tightening and adjusting my running form helps, but very slightly, so I'm pretty sure it's a breathing thing. I dont know whether to see a doctor or not because I dont know if this threatens my health or not. It does affect my running and the times I get and I dont want to fail just because of this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I see a doctor or not? Any tips besides altering running form and deep breaths?
