My 15 month old is a picky eater. I know it's normal at this age. How do I encourage him to try new foods?
My 15 month old son has a pretty limited list of things he will eat. Fortunately, fruit is on his list, so I know he's getting some nutrition. He also likes bread (I have only given him whole wheat bread), cheese, crackers, eggs, chicken, peanut butter (no allergies in my family, so I felt ok giving it to him) and dry cereals. He absolutely refuses to eat pasta of any kind (I know that's a good thing). He will sparingly eat veggies and meat. I give him veggies and small pieces of meat at his meals, but he only takes a bite or two of them and then he refuses to eat any more. Any way I can "disguise" them to help my son try them? I give him vitamins with iron, but I can't help feeling he's not getting a diverse enough diet.
