How come Mosley and Ortiz?

had absolutely no hesitation about meeting Mayweather's OSTD demands and Pacquiao did?
Was it...
a) They have absolutely nothing to hide?
b) They were never personally insulted and flat out accused by Money of cheating by using PED's?
c) They have never gone on record and said they've felt weak after giving blood?
d) They'll do whatever it takes to land a fight with Money
e) All the above
f) None of the above

BQ - Does Mosley and Ortiz agreeing to the blood test show a tougher mental make-up than that of Pacquaio since they know it won't weaken them?

BQ2 - Do you wish Pacquiao would have handled his reluctance to take the test differently and if so, how?

This question was inspired by Stick and Move's brilliant answer of a similar question regarding Money.

Mosley and ortiz wants a good pay day...They cant generate millions of pay per view like floyd and pac...So they need floyd to have a good pay day...So they have to agree without any questions about any floyd demands or else floyd will not fight them....LOL...
While pacquiao is different because he is as popular as floyd and can generate millions of pay per view by himself...Pac dont need floyd, he doesnt need floyds popularity to earn millions...He himself can earn million of dollars on pay per view...He is even more popular right now than floyd...So why would pac agree to floyds stupid OSTD demand? Its a psychological thing... Maybe for some of us its an opportunity to fight floyd and earn millions because we are nothing...Because we are nothing, nobody will watch us, nor ortiz nor mosley...But for the likes of pacquiao its ridiculous demand...And its an insult to all his hard work...Discrediting all his hard work...

I will answer this based on my analysis.
Floyd was asking for that Blood test to either stall, avoid or have the psychological advantage by imposing his authority over another.
Manny Pacquiao counter by saying things that he doesn't really mean and show that he wasn't bothered by Floyd's arrogance.

This is ego versus ego. Floyd want that mental advantage and show the boxing world of his relevance by telling fighters who fight him to take the test while Manny now was trying to show that he can move on without Floyd.

Either way, we boxing fans suffer because of these circus depending on how much we really want to see the fight.

Mosley and Ortiz want to have a fight with floyd because of money and a chance to beat him, nothing else. Both might be willing to do more just to have that opportunity.

All of the above are correct but I would empahsise C)Pacquiao had been recorded stating he felt weakened from giving blood (which is quite common) and I believe this is why Floyd singled him out in such a fashion.

BQ2 - Not really, the heavyweight champ of the world could be scared of spiders for all we know, people have phobias etc but it doesnt make them tougher per se.

BQ3, I wish Pacquiao had gone over Mayweathers heads, had testing experts come forward with sceintific facts to show exactly what is needed to prove if someone is using PEDs and what parts of Floyds requests had no scientific use, anything deemed not to be neccessary should have then been made public. If Floyd still stood by his demands the public would have seen that some of them had nothing to do with testing.safety/sportingness and were all just done to show Floyd rules the sport and anyone that wants to fight him has to let him behave like a Diva as they did nothing to contribute to a cleaner fight.

f) Because Pac was on something or he was scared. It's as simple as that. Why does he now agree to testing?

BQ - No, it just shows that they are clean and not afraid, or it shows that they aren't weird about drawing blood. Dr's have come out & said the amount they draw is so small it won't hinder performance, AT ALL. Manny just said that after the Morales fight cause he got whooped. it was an excuse, open your eyes.

BQ2 - He should have agreed to the test and fought mayweather 2 years ago. He had a better chance back then. Problem is, he was probably using.

Both men mentioned it was because they had nothing to hide. I remember Mosley saying the the P.E.D abuse was behind him and it's nothing that bother him now, even when Floyd heckled him about it at the press conference.

The same thing goes for Victor Ortiz if you watch the HBO press conference documentary he said he has nothing to hid and Blood testing isn't a problem.
