Yes, I will get tested too..but how do you ask your boyfriend, or tell your boyfriend that you want him to get tested before having sex again without p*issing him off?

Hey, if he is not willing to get tested, then put your foot down. You are getting tested,so  why cant he?  I think that this is a very good idea.  It protects you both.
