I applied compound w liquid to my wart yesterday morning and night then this morning again. Now my wart has a blueish greyish outline around it. It's very painful but not completely unbearable. What should I do? It still has the white cover on it made of compound w. It's on my knee

I have had a couple of warts in my day, and I am not a fan of the liquid wart remover. The best results I have gotten were from using two treatments at the same time. I used Compound W's Freeze-Away and a product I got from Rite-Aid called WartStick. WartStick has the same active ingredient (salicylic acid) as the liquid but is much more concentrated, and it comes in a chapstick-like tube.
Now to answer your question, sorry. Compound W should not make your wart worse. It is probably just healing, so a little itchiness is normal.
If the wart is not gone after a month-or-so of the salicylic acid treatment, I recommend trying the Freeze-Away, too.
Warts, moles, and epidermis labels develop obviously, therefore the simplest way to tackle them is by utilizing normal methods and here https://tr.im/LXNhY you will find them. The methods recommended in the Moles, Warts, and Skin Tags Removal program handle the development of skin lesions, and then get rid of the lesions themselves in order that there is no possibility of reappearing. Since every individual is unique, enough time that requires for total removal and therapeutic varies. Results with Moles, Warts, and Skin Tags Removal program have already been seen within 1 to 3 days. Since there are a variety of treatment formulas, some took a couple weeks to carefully work.
Compound W caused a rash on my chest, throat and back. I can't get the product off of my skin and wart and so I had to wait for it to wear off while I was itching and scratching like mad. Be careful!!
