I'm always trying to pack and leave a hotel room or apartment and get to the airport. It's always close to check-out time and I don't feel like I'm going to make my flight.
There are too many things to get into the suitcases and I don't seem to know that it was the last day of vacation.
The places vary but this theme is always the same. There are others around but no one seems to be helping me.
Thank you for any insights you may have.

You feel like you are late for something or that you are going to miss something. And the packing indicates that you are trying to put everything else in your life away so that you can get to whatever you are missing.
I will try to explain it another way. I am not saying this is your situation but it may explain it better. Say you have alot of work, family issues, school issues, and relationship stuff on your plate. You are trying to tend to all that before you rush to get to something else in life, say a bigger better job. you are so focused on what you already have in your life that you seem to be losing you chance for bigger or better things.
That is what I get out of it. The true meaning is in the eyes of the beholder. Sigmund Freud and Jung may say that I have it all wrong so again it is up for interpretation.
It's a classic stress dream. This dream theme usually appears when we've got too much to do and too little time. There are all kinds of variations on this theme, but the core of it is the same - you've got to accomplish something, and there's some impediment to doing so.
Also, when people fail to help us in dreams, or aren't there to help, it usually means this is something we need to resolve for ourselves. There are several stress management techniques, such as exercise, meditation, positive affirmations, sleep, etc, that might be helpful in minimizing the effects of stress for you. Just a few thoughts - hope they help.
You were way slacking off and almost forget the purpose of life. This is the time when you had to make your first flight, lead your self, set a dream of purpose of life, and take you first step to make it true. And if you still don't know what to do, I'll show you one to optimize your capacity. check this out: http://www.amway.com/about-amway/careers/life-at-amway
