Does anyone have the proprtions for Jelly?
I need the proprtions for making Jellies. I have about 1.5 litres of juice, I'd like the quanity of sugar to add in Kilos, please.
I've sort of worked out that by volume, it would be approx 2/3 (two thirds of 1.5ltr) in sugar
Sorry, the amount of liquid is 2.5 litres.
I'd be happy to have the amount of sugar in Kilos per Litre of liquid, this would also be more useful for others needing the same information.
5 kilos sounds too much, are you sure?
