Listing skills on a resume... why is this list considered bad?

Skills: Strong Work Ethic, Attention to Detail, Team Player, Self Motivated, Attention to Detail

it's supposed to be a "fail", but I don't get why, could you tell me?

those are not skills but attributes...

skills are... proficiency with MS office; typing 65 wpm, knowledge of medical terminology, 10 key at xxx

Anyone can list skills. You need some creds to back them up. Everyone says Strong Work Ethic, Attention to Detail, Team Player, Self Motivated, Attention to Detail.....because they NEED A JOB. If you have FACTS or experiences to back them up....you have more cred.
