No private investing with NASA is allowed. There is cost sharing on joint ventures with private companies and other Federal agencies. In addition, there is reimbursable work where an outside entity basically "contracts" with NASA to perform certain functions (e.g. analysis, test, etc) and NASA's costs are covered by the outside entity....Show more
