How come last month I had a Top Contributor Icon with my picture?

and now it is gone. Did I do something to piss off upper management here?

The TC badge is not permanent, sorry. You have to keep up your contributions - and your Best Answers - to continue to qualify for it. But don't worry; you can always earn it back or even get a different one if you want. Just work at it again - and some Monday it might reappear.
