Any suggestions on how to lose weight ?
I've always been thin, but I've been gaining some weight in the past 4 years, my leg has been injured for 2 years now, I'm going into my second surgery next month, so I haven't been able to run... and I know that cutting down on food helps, but every time I attempt to eat less I always give in... so id like to know about certain ways I can help myself, by eating better foods, or using better methods... please help! Really appreciate it! Thanks
