Any suggestions on how to lose weight ?
I've always been thin, but I've been gaining some weight in the past 4 years, my leg has been injured for 2 years now, I'm going into my second surgery next month, so I haven't been able to run... and I know that cutting down on food helps, but every time I attempt to eat less I always give in... so id like to know about certain ways I can help myself, by eating better foods, or using better methods... please help! Really appreciate it! Thanks

It was last New Year's when I decided to lose weight. I was 318 pounds and couldn't even look in a mirror. One day I was in a store buying food and a child came up to me and poked my belly and asked me when my baby was going to come and I wasn’t even pregnant. Anyways after 2-3 months of taking useless diet pills and abs monster machines and all that crap I was reading online and came across a site called http://boyels.com/ . After reading it and watching the video I decided to try it out and see where it took me. I must say it was probably the best choice in my whole life. Eight months later I'm weighing in at 187 pounds with a visible 4 pack of abs (working on the 6 pack). I still use the program today and I tell you the main thing is to never give up no matter which way you decide to lose weight and always push yourself further then the day before because in the end all that is needed is the determination to do what you want to do. Well I am no nutritionist but I think the single most effective way to cut down your wait without exercise is eliminating sugary drinks. All the sodas and juices that you get at the grocery store or at restaurants have so much sugar in them it is ridiculous. If you get rid of that and just drink water and/or natural fruit juices not from concentrate I think you will lose a few pounds probably more if you are on the big side.

alcohol has calories too you know sub three drinks a week for lighter versions to drop a pound a year

Consume honey before bed because consumption of honey may help to burn more fat during those early hours of sleep
