In the tv series Avatar: The Last Airbender, I understand that when someone has mastered airbending, they get traditional tattoos of the blue arrows done.
Just wondering if the Fire, Water and Earth tribes do this too, and what their traditions are when it comes to mastering their element bending?

I'm pretty sure you just become a very well known teacher like that ex-fire nation soldier, the northern water tribe teacher, earth benders idk they were captured by the fire nation, and airbenders monks which are teachers they just basically get a high rank and teacher the young
