Need help choosing bridemaid color shoe?

I am having troube deciding on shoes for my bridesmaids. My bridesmaids dresses are a fuschia pink, they are right above the knee and strapless and my wedding is in April.

I was at first thinking of having them wear champagne colored shoe because my dress has a little champagne detail. But, then we ordered the tuxes and the tuxes are a black brunch coat with charcoal gray pinstriped pants (tux from men's wearhouse) and I am a little nervous about mixing the champagne shoes for girls with the groomsmen's charcoal because I don't want it to look like too many colors. So, then I was going to have them wear shoes that are dyable in fuschia to match their dress, but one of my girls keeps saying champagne, but I still can't make up my mind and the other girls say whatever I like.

The dresses are short so shoes will be seen which is why I am stuck on it.
Any ideas will help.

I do not think the girls shoes necessarily need to match the boys' shoes. Don't overwhelm yourself with that decision. That being said, unless you are paying for their shoes, ask the girls what they want. It is unlikely I'd every wear champagne or fuschia shoes, but if I had to buy silver shoes for a wedding, I'd probably wear them again. And the girls may already have some cute silver shoes in their closets. :)

Getting everyone in the same dress is one thing, but shoes are an entirely different story. Everyones feet are unique, so what fits one foot could be murder to another. The last thing you want is crippled brides maids walking around with the pain of death on their faces.

Why not do something reasonable like, ask each girl to buy a silver shoe that they like, can wear and can afford. This way all the girls show up with silver shoes and everyone is nice and happy with their choice and price point. Or, does that make too much sense?

Not silver or dyed fuschia, because they will never wear them again.

Either the champagne (but that might be hard for all the women to match) - or black would actually be a great idea.

The dyable fuschia to match the dresses would look more together. I think you had the right idea, this is your wedding. Dont be concerned about your friend, she may just want some champagne shoes.

I would say have the shoes match the bridesmaids dresses and maybe put some charcoal accents on them if you have an inexpensive way to do so. Hope you have a great wedding :)
