I dont know mate, I know they play a few games over there each year and theres talk of maybe bringing a Western Australian team into the NRL so you would think that they should be playing a few games over there at least. Fingers crossed for you guys :)
You can always find websites that stream the live games on the net if you know here to look ;)

Yes, on Channel Nine, but because Western Australia is an AFL state, NRL is shown late at night or the early hours of the morning, at aroumd midnight.

They may but if it is anything like it is in Victoria, it will be on nin the wee small hours.
