Our individual fate is to be decided by God alone. However, as per the verses of the Quran, if an individual denies the reality of God after it has been made clear to him or her then the deeds by themselves may not be enough. The minimum standard for salvation is to believe in the one God, the Judgement Day and of course good deeds.
