This happens to me all the time. I spend time thoughtfully answering a perfectly legitimate question and when I click submit the question has been deleted. Very annoying. Does this bug you as much as it bugs me?

Yes it does, and at the moment their is a gremlin in the system so try back clicking and posting it again.

This may be a glitch. What I do when this happens is copy my answer, go back and reenter the question and when you go to submit the answer again, it should post.
I find that about 80% when it says the question has been deleted, it's just a glitch, the other 20% is when the question actually has been deleted - and yes, I do find this very annoying, esspecially when I think I could've got the Best Answer as well. It's such as waste of time :(

The thing is, most of the times it is not deleted..
I just go back and re-submit my answer, it works perfectly fine mostly...
But, if it is deleted, then I agree with you..it could be very frustrating!!!!
