What to do in the meantime?
I have so much stress and anxiety, depression right now. I can't make an appointment for a therapist for about a month, I can't concentrate and have "brain fog" combined with insomnia issues. I need someone to talk to, but I'm not suicidal so I don't think it would be considered an "emergency". I want things to feel normal again, to be able to sleep, it's as if my body as forgotten how to sleep. I need help, I live in California and it's so bureaucratic that it takes too much time for help to be given. Any advice on how to find quick fast help in the meantime?
