What to do in the meantime?
I have so much stress and anxiety, depression right now. I can't make an appointment for a therapist for about a month, I can't concentrate and have "brain fog" combined with insomnia issues. I need someone to talk to, but I'm not suicidal so I don't think it would be considered an "emergency". I want things to feel normal again, to be able to sleep, it's as if my body as forgotten how to sleep. I need help, I live in California and it's so bureaucratic that it takes too much time for help to be given. Any advice on how to find quick fast help in the meantime?

Look at porn. NOT. Talk to every human being on the planet. Lose yourself to madness. Forget about anything that matters and just be happy to be alive. Get a job. Pay the bills. Make music. Write a book. Go to church. Create a website. Build a time machine. Look at porn. NOT. Don't pick up any addictions. Don't alienate yourself. Don't kill yourself.
Blow up a movie cinema. Blow up a mall. Blow up a liquor store. Blow up sex shops. Blow up things that don't matter. NOT.
Watch every movie that ever exists. Listen to every song that exists. Read every book that exists. And tell me if you feel any better.
