I ate this sour candy yesterday and had a sore on my tongue all day today?

Then this white stuff accumulated on it and I scraped some of it off cus it was really gross and hurt and now my tongue is all raw in one spot. I don't know what to do. This hurts like f*ck

The little red spot is the raw part that got scraped off. the white stuff is well, the white stuff.

you shouldnt try to scrape the white stuff off because it always comes when you eat food and it should go away when you brush your teeth as for the red spot that wouldn't be there if you didn't scrape it off
