I drank about 4 tablespoons of castor oil mixed with a milkshake and threw it up within 20 minutes. I was very full and I think I made too much milkshake. Since I threw it up so quickly does that mean its completely out of my system and won't have its affect on me and do its thing? I haven't had a bowel movement since then and its been 4 hrs since this happened. Would I have to repeat this so it can take effect?

There is a good reason your body rejected castor oil. Why would you drink that in the first place? Cod liver oil is what is typically the oil people drink. Castor beans are very poisonous.
I would do a salt flush to make sure it is out of your body if you have any doubts that you may still have some in you.
The Saltwater Flush provides an internal bath for the body, drawing out toxins as it cleanses the entire intestinal tract. Remember, it can do no harm at any time. The digestive tract needs a good washing, but do it the natural way - the saltwater way.
How you do it:
2 level teaspoons unrefined mineral salt (rounded for the Canadian quart) 1 quart lukewarm water
Put salt in quart jar. For best results, use unrefined mineral salt, not ordinary iodized salt. Add water to jar and stir. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach. A straw makes it easier to drink.
The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in several hours. Multiple eliminations will likely occur. The saltwater has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt. This may be taken as often as needed for proper washing of the entire digestive system. Use it on an empty stomach whenever you need help with elimination.
After drinking the saltwater, lie on your right side for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, you are free to get up and go about your duties.
You should have an elimination in 1 to 2 hours, though everyone is a little different. Be careful not to pass gas, except on the toilet, since it may be liquid coming through.
The exit of the stomach into the small intestines is on the lower right hand side of the stomach. When you drink, the saltwater goes to the bottom of the stomach, below the opening. To get the saltwater into the small intestine, you need to tip the stomach like a teapot so the saltwater flows out. That's why you lie on your right side.
Once the saltwater is in the small intestines, the muscle contractions will carry it down the rest of the way. In about an hour you should be able to massage the left hand side of your lower abdomen and hear liquids gurgling. These are liquids that have flowed into the large intestines almost ready for evacuation.
Salt has been used throughout the ages as a preservative and to draw out poisons. Salt will not do harm when used this way and will sterilize and make it possible for the body to repair itself. When you have a wound on your arm that gets infected, soaking the arm in saltwater draws out poisons. If you have damaged the intestinal tract with fissures or diverticula (small pouches in colon), the salt will cleanse in a similar way.
•Constipation Treatment using Grapes Grapes have proved very beneficial in overcoming constipation. The combination of the properties of the cellulose, sugar, and organic acid in grapes make them a laxative food. Their field of action is not limited to clearing the bowels only. They also tone up the stomach and intestines and relieve the most chronic constipation. One should take at least 350 gm of this fruit daily to achieve the desired results. When fresh grapes are not available, raisins, soaked in water, can be used. Raisins should be soaked for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. This will make them swell to the original size of the grapes. They should be eaten early in the morning, along with the water in which they have been soaked.
Constipation Treatment using Orange Orange is also beneficial in the treatment of constipation. Taking one or two oranges at bedtime and again on rising in the morning is an excellent way of stimulating the bowels. The general stimulating influence of orange juice excites peristaltic activity and helps prevent the accumulation of food residue in the colon.
Constipation Treatment using Papaya and Figs Other fruits specific for constipation are papaya and figs. Half a medium-sized papaya should be eaten at breakfast for it to act as a laxative. Both fresh and dry figs have a laxative effect. Four or five dry figs should be soaked overnight in a little water and eaten in the morning.
Constipation Treatment using Spinach Among the vegetables, spinach has been considered to be the most vital food for the entire digestive tract from time immemorial. Raw spinach contains the finest organic material for the cleansing, reconstruction, and regeneration of the intestinal tract. Raw spinach juice-100 ml, mixed with an equal quantity of water and taken twice daily, will cure the most aggravated cases of constipation within a few days.
Constipation Treatment using Other Remedies Half a lime, squeezed is a glass of hot water, with half a teaspoon of salt is also an effective remedy for constipation. Drinking water which has been kept overnight in a copper vessel, first thing in the morning, brings good results. Linseed (alse) is extremely useful in difficult cases of constipation. A teaspoon of linseed swallowed with water before each meal provides both roughage and lubrication.
Drinking a glass of hot water is also known to stimulate bowel movements but this may not suffice in severe cases of constipation. Source(s): home-remedies-for-you.com
Castor oil is not good for you and is hard to digest. Let it work itself out of your system and you will be fine. Do not use more. You did not say why you are taking it, but use something else tomorow after your body has a chance to recover.
