Long internet page load time?

I have a few questions and answers to those questions:
Is it a Mac? If it is, then that's the problem, sorry
Is it a PC? If so then please look at further solutions
What brand is the computer?
Lenovo/Sony Vaio/Alienware? It may be your internet you're using since most loading time is either caused from slow connection, computer specs (RAM, if it's not at least 3Giga Bytes then that's the problem, add in more RAM at a store like Best Buy or Fry's), or from the computer brand itself (Usually Dell, HP, Gateway, Acer, anything that isn't the two mentioned above)
Any other brand computer (ESPECIALLY Dell, Acer, Gateway): It could be the computer brand all together, computer specs, or slow connection from the internet (more than likely not if it's a dell).
This could also be from the fact that you're using Norton, known to be one of the worst internet antivirus programs around. I would suggest dumping Norton for AVG, MacAfee, or any other recommended antivirus programs (NOT Stopzilla because it may give you viruses).
Have you checked with your internet provider about weak signals in your internet? You should check with them and also check your temporary folder, press Windows + R and type in the box that pops up %temp% and delete everything you can from that folder (there should be 1 notepad file that's undeletable), see if that helps, if not, go to computer in the lower left hand option left click on your C: Drive, Right Click on your C: drive and go down the options to "properties" then go to tools and click on defragment, defragment the C: drive. Still not working for you? the %temp% should be deleted every now and then so it doesn't build up, defragments should be done at least once every week, you can manually set the time and date of when you want it defragmented....Show more
