My right foot has always been a size larger than my left. It seems like one shoe fits perfect and the other is always too big or too small. I think getting insoles can help. You might go to a shoe store and see what they say because I'm sure other people have the same problem.

You're 60 years old. You have bigger problems to worry about than the size of your feet.

When you buy shoes, just buy one of each that fits your feet. Take a size 10 out of one box and put it with the size 11 you need for your other foot, for example.
Then... get on with your life.

A simple solution is to wear a heavier sock or even a double pair of regular socks on the smaller foot to
compensate for the size- and be happy!

Deal with it? You won't be able to change the size of your feet.
Also, if you're sixty years old, you've had these feet for a while, so, well, you already have shoes.
